Haddu Clothing Return and Refund Policy
At Haddu Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy is written for full transparency and adherence to all Google Merchant Center (GMC) standards, ensuring clarity and consumer trust in every transaction.
1. Timeframe and Eligibility for Returns (GMC Compliance)

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

Condition : The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. It must be in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging : Items must be returned with all original Haddu Clothing tags, labels, and protective packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase : A receipt or valid order number is required.
3. Eligibility and Exclusions (Final Sale)
Eligible for Returns : All full-price apparel and standard accessories.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable) : Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page, Gift Cards, underwear, swimwear, and jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
4. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Customer Responsibility: The customer covers the shipping costs for returns due to "buyer's remorse" (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).
Haddu Clothing Responsibility: HADDU CLOTHING WILL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS for verified returns resulting from our error (e.g., received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
Refund Method (GMC Requirement): All refunds will be issued to your ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not issue ,store credit unless explicitly agreed upon by the customer.
Refund Processing Time (Estimate): Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, please allow an estimated 5-7 business days for the refund to be ,processed and the credit to be posted back to your original account.
6. Clear, Step-by-Step Procedure to Initiate a Return
Follow these instructions to initiate your return:

Receive Authorization (RMA): We will review your request and, if approved, send you a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER and the correct return shipping address.

Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience delays.
Important Consideration: Defect Reporting (48-Hour Note)
Defect Inspection Period: Haddu Clothing requires customers to report any defect, damage, or incorrect item received within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this inspection period may impact your eligibility for a free replacement or pre-paid return label.
